Homebuyer’s Survey
Ideal for conventional residential property (including flats) normally constructed after 1900. The Homebuyer’s Report is in a standard format and is designed as an economy package. The surveyor’s main objective in providing the Service is to assist the prospective homebuyer to:
(i) make a reasoned and informed judgment on whether or not to purchase the property; (H) assess whether the property is being sold at a reasonable price; (Hi) assess urgent and significant mailers before contracts are exchanged.
Building Survey
For residential property a Building Survey (formerly called a Structural Survey) is the most comprehensive survey and is suitable for all types of property. The Building Survey is designed to provide you with a detailed assessment of construction and condition as well as advise on future maintenance requirements.
Energy Performance Certificates
You must have a valid Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) when you sell or let your home.
An EPC details a home’s energy efficiency. It provides a rating for your home in its current condition and also a rating for its potential if certain improvements are undertaken.
We are qualified Domestic Energy Assessors licensed to carry out EPC surveys.
